I have been married for thirty three years and have two children. Our son is living at home and working. He is 26 and our daughter Graduated from culinary College. She is 23 .She moved back home and is working as a cook.. Their birthdays are a day apart in May.
I would like to lose between 16 to 20 lbs.

My Goals:
I am changing my goals to losing 16 to 18 pounds. I will not set a deadline because none of them have worked.

My Program:
Exercise four to five times aweek. Get my heart rate up at least three of the work outs. By power walking and cardio DVds. Until the weather is warmer.

Personal Information:
I am from Central New York.
Would love to meet someone to walk with.

I love to read,take walks, ride bike,swim, bowling,golfing ,needle point.
