I am logging my food and working out 5 days a week including cardio and strength training. Zumba is my new best friend as is Body Pump!

How you doing? If you see my weight loss ticker you will see that it's up to where it should have been a while ago. See I was getting lazy with my eating again and just avoided the scale. After I left my comment on your blog I felt guilty because I had been slacking some so I got on the scale and oh boy! I have come clean and now getting busy practicing what I preached! You were a motivation to me. Thanks lady!

Thank you so much for stopping on my blog, i also feel like working out alone with full concentration and i feel that is "ME TIME", i should enjoy my company instead of having partner and keep gossiping..

Thanks for the valuable info! I'm not the only one, woo hoo! (i mean that in the best possible way) Glad to see there are other's battling the same issues as me. Thought I was doomed. HA HA. Better days to come, that's for sure.

Thanks for the encouragement! Really. The amount of time it took to do the exercises was a drag, but I DID feel good for completing them all. I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow, when I'm scheduled to do them again, and take it as it goes. I really appreciate the encouragement and the nice comment left on my page -- thanks!

You'll make it with the water! It took me a while too, but I found it was easier to group my water along with my meals and around my exercise. Hope that helps.
