I am a 49 year old mother of 3 "grown" children. My last child has left the nest and now I can concentrate on some 'me' time. I am wishing to lose 25+ pounds within the year and improve my eating and drinking water habits. I have 3 grandkids who help keep me active, but I still plan to put in more 'real' exercise time.

My Goals:
To lose 25+ pounds within a year or less.
Drink at least 2 glasses of water a day (I hardly drink it now).
Exercise at least twice a week.

My Program:
Daily meal tracking.

Personal Information:
I'm from Illinois and just rejoined in July of 2011. I have 3 children 20yrs and older and 3 granchildren 6yrs and younger. I enjoy my grandkids and want to keep my health up so I can enjoy them for a longer time.

Other Information:
I enjoy bowling(I bowl on two leagues) and reading Chicken Soup For the Soul books.

I am proud of myself! I havn't tracked in a couple of months, weighed myself today to get back on track, and I weigh less than when I stopped tracking! I have learned that I can continue healthy ways and have upgraded myself to stage 2. I am ready to continue! (I totally thought I blew it over the holidays!)
