A Busy Scrapbooker

I love to scrapbook and have completed 10 scrapbooks and recently did one for my 11 year old nephew at his request. I was thrilled that he asked for one.

Don't give up! We all have times of feeling discouraged. (I'm referring to your latest blog entry.) You can do it! Just make it a point to monitor everything you put in your mouth. Everything. I know we are in the same place when it comes to gaining in the summer while we are off...but if it means that I have to go back to work then I'll take the few pounds...hehe!! I have actually done well the past few days and hope you are too... emoticon
