My Goals:
Tone my muscles.

Exercise first thing in the morning at least 3 times per week.

Eat less and healthier foods.


My Program:
Since the last week of July, 2007, I've been doing cardio exercise for 30 minutes, 3 times a week minimum.

My name is Patti. I'm an elementary special education teacher. I'm married and have 2 beautiful children. I feel very blessed to have a job I love and a wonderful family.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, rubberstamping, and
playing piano, but I seldom seem to have the time to indulge in my hobbies. I love music and belong to the choir at my church.

Go, Patti, go! Just wanted to send you some encouragement! I think you're doing great, just keep at it! It takes a lot of committment to make exercising a habit that you eventually enjoy and look forward to (and feel lousy or guilty for skipping!). Just keep doing it, and then one day you wake up and realize, "I need to workout today," rather than feeling like you force yourself to.
