emoticon Hi Dawn! One of the things I like to do is read the Spark Articles. I found one called"31 Days to Less Stress". It's actually a calendar that you can print out with one small activitiy to do each day. I'm planning on starting it in September! I also used the Spark People Web Search to search for "time management". There is a LOT of stuff to choose from! I hope you find a couple of ideas that will help you!!

Double emoticon on the shirts needing to be taken in !!

I saw you were looking for some time-management ideas. Personally I am a big list maker. And I like to break my tasks down into smaller tasks so they are about 15 minutes long. It works for me in that if I have 15 minutes, I can work on any one of the tasks and get it crossed off. It's motivating to have things crossed off and, it's sometimes easy to fit a few extra things in that way.
