Hey Jessica! Thanks for the add, I'm so glad you joined SP, too! Great first blog--I am so with you on the sleep. In addition to tracking food and exercise online, I keep a small journal that I carry with me every day where I write down: everything I eat, fruits and veg count, water count, calories for the day, weight and how much sleep I got. I am really looking to try to get 7 hours a night, but I've been getting 6 hours most nights lately. But still that is better than the average 5 hours I was getting before I joined SP. I am such a night owl, too. Anyway, I love this site--it has a lot of great resources. And if I (who loves to eat and be lazy) can succeed at weight loss, then anybody can. 3406 days ago
Hey there! Thanks for the add. I am glad you have joined our group! I live in West Seattle too. Do you belong to a gym? I currently go to 24-hour Fitness but I think my husband and I are going to join All-Star, because he likes to swim. Anyway, good luck with your goals! Angela 3407 days ago
