Mom gets fit!

Hi, I'm 35, married and have three kids, twins boys age 10 and daughter age 6. I teach elementary school full time and I've been taking college courses online and at night.

School is back in and so far I've been able to keep up a good workout pace. I'm back to playing tennis 2-3 times per week even while working. I'm still taking 6 hours of college courses, but my family is used to me taking an hour to work out. Sometimes they even join me, but mom can already outlast them!

My Goals:
Like to be goal weight by March 25, 2009. My 36th birthday.

I'd also like to run in a race sometime this year.

My Program:
I'm eating a VLCD (very low calorie diet) with 500cal of protein each day. I have PCOS and my metabolism doesn't loose with the amount of food other diets recommend.

I work out 5-6 days per week for at least an hour a day. I play 2+ hours of tennis three days per week, so weekly I get 8-9 hours of exercise a week.
