My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight, get my glucose numbers back under control and to become a healthier person.
My Program:
I am going to follow a 1200-1500 calorie diet and exercise 30 minutes at least 5 days a week.

I am a teacher in a rural district in Ohio. I have a husband, daughter and two grandchildren.

My favorite children's author is Patricia Polacco. I like to watch the FoodNetwork, HGTV, TLC and CSI.
