Hello! How much are you loving summer break?! :) I am happy with my 5/7 workouts last week. I took almost 19,000 steps yesterday. Eating wasn't good though, so I maintained 201.8. I'll just keep pushing this week & never give up!
Not a great week, but not awful. I bought a FitBit to track my steps. I've been over 10,000 almost every day. I was even over 15,000 one day. I'm at 201.8 this morning. I have a great feeling about this week. Let's hit it hard, girl! :)
It was not a good week. Once again, I'm starting over. I'll do it as many times as I have to - I won't give up! 3 workouts last week. 201.4 today. Cheers to a great upcoming week & summer for both of us!
Workouts weren't stellar - only 3 this week, but I also mowed and walked a few nights. Eating was better, but not great. 199.8 this morning. I know I HAVE to do this & I need to do it NOW!! The countdown is on to the last day of school :)
