I'm a Body by Vi newbie as well. I think I tried one or two shakes with almond milk and then switched back to another protein shake I do just for convenience sake. But I've been finding really yummy sounding recipes on Pinterest that I have been meaning to try- I was just curious if you had a favorite way to make it. I think I will try the frozen strawberries for sure- thanks! I'll have to let you know if I try any that end up being really good! Please do the same!
I'm working on my Master's research (as I type this, in fact), so I'm super stressed out! I was at 205.4 this morning. I did have a good week though. 5/7 workouts and got my 10,000 steps 6/7 days. Nutrition was only great 1 day though, so I know where I need to focus my efforts. I know we will reach our goals - however long it may take!
That really derailed your plans for summer - but how wonderful that you stepped up to the plate to help family! It's Monday & it's also a new month, so today is the perfect day to start a new goal. I'm 205.0 this morning. Time to stop making excuses & get with it! I want to be 180 when school starts in a month and half. It's a tough goal, but I know I can do it if I quit the excuses and do the work. Try to get some rest for yourself with the kids around :)
