Working on my journey to a new healthier me

Hello fellow Sparkers! I have been on a roller coaster of ups and downs over the last few years and have never been able to stick with it. The time is now! 2013 will be my year! I am 30 and want to get myself healthy for a variety of reasons! I can do this!

I live in the Chicago suburbs. Not originally from here, which is hard sometimes, but love it!
I am an avid sports fan. I love the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, Dallas Cowboys, and the Chicago Bears! In my free time I love to read and spend time with my boyfriend.

I was on track, I got off track, I'm back on track. 5/7 workouts. 201.4 - that's depressing, because I was out of the 2's earlier in the week. I'm determined to lose big this week. You can do it too!

2/7 workouts last week. I knew it was my last "bad" week, so I'm fine with it. I'm beginning my journey this morning at 200.0. I had a great morning workout & have healthy foods planned all day. My motivation and determination are back. We can do this, girl!

I feel out of control, and I don't know how to get it back. I keep telling myself, "tomorrow, tomorrow", but I keep messing up. I'm getting worried! 4/7 workouts. Up to 198.6. :( Sorry your week wasn't good, either.

Not a good week. Only worked out 4/7 days. I'm at 197.4 this morning. There is so much stress at school, so I can definitely relate to you. It's administration. I'm ready to move south...get away from Iowa winters & have a fresh start!
