I think I can, I think I can
My name is Angela, and I'm 27-years-old. I'm an English and Journalism teacher in Northern, Indiana. I also teach aerobics three days a week and run, but have gained about ten pounds. I'm a major carboholic -- yum! I'm looking to be in the best shape possible, since I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. My Goals:
-Be healthy and happy with my body. -Goal weight of 120. -Get body fat to 18%. -Get in physical activity daily. -Do at least five 60-minute workouts a week.
My Program:
Jazzercise (Cardio and Strength Training): 3x weekly Running: 3x weekly I'm essentially trying to follow a Clean Eating approach and really focus on staying within my calorie range (topping out at 1600).
