My Goals:
235lbs what I weighed before I had my baby

225 lbs losing 10% of my body weight

215lbs. No longer will be considered severely obese

To get to 200lbs!

195lbs was my pre-baby weight

185lbs, that's when I will no longer be considered obese.

175lbs was what I weighed on my wedding day.

Eventually I want to get to 165lbs that's what I weighed when I met my hubby!

To get to 155lbs would be my dream weight. Normal BMI


Also I want to cook healthy meals for me and my family everyday.

Plan healthy dinners every week.








My Program:
I'm tracking all of my calories 1,400 - 1,800. (Nursing full time, burns extra 500 calories a day) Fitness Videos at least 3X a week for 30 min

If your kids need snacks, give them cut up fruits and veggies, that way you can snack as well and not consume too many calories. Also, get them into the habit of drinking water. Don't keep sugary drinks in the house. They are not good for you or them. Your girls are just adorable.
