Fat to Fit

I have been a yo-yo dieter for 10 years and instead of losing weight, I've only gone up in lbs. I want to break this cycle of losing 5 and gaining 10 and i want to be fit and healthy again.

I want to avoid the diabetes, heart disease and other health problems that run in my family. I want to be healthy so that i may live a long and happy life. I want to be healthy for my daughter and husband, but most of all, i want to be healthy for ME!

I'd love to be buddies! I did get in a lot of minutes yesterday. I moved a lot of furniture and cleaned the whole house. My heart rate was up and I was sweating up a storm so I logged the minutes. I'm tired from it today! I see you've got a lot of minutes so far too! That's great! What's your favorite way to exercise? Besides housework I like fitness dvds like Turbo Jam and Walk away the pounds. We just got a Kinect so I'm going to try Biggest Loser and another fitness game soon. When the weather is nice I like walking outside. When I lose enough weight to be able to run without killing my joints I'm going to try running. Hope you have a great day!
