My Goals:
I want to reach 60kg by (or, preferably before) next summer.

I want to be able to run for half an hour without feeling like I'm going to die and/or puke.

I want to feel comfortable wearing a pretty dress.

I want to be able to do 15 proper push-ups without taking a pause.

My Program:
Currently: A minimum of 30 minutes on the stationary bike/fast walking morning and evening, followed by a few strength training moves.

Days Off: Wednesdays and Saturdays.
