Weight LossDoing it differently this time

Ive tried losing weight several times over the last 10 years. When I started I weighed in at 329 pounds. This was the heaviest I've been. I managed to lose 20 lbs. Then I gained most it back. This time Im going to use the KIS method (Keep It Simple). I set goals and I wrote them down. Im keeping a journal so I can record my feelings and my progress on the regular basis. I think this method will provide me with the desired results.

I know from past experiences that motivation and consistency have been my downfall. Ive been a member of Spark since 2012. However, this time I have decided to utilize more of the available tools.

I've found this online community to be very helpful. I didn't gain my weight overnight. Therefore, I know it will take hard to get it off. I also need to remember if I fall short don't give up and try one more time.
