Weight Loss…Doing it differently this time

I’m a parent, a partner and a college student. So from my point of view I have 3 full time jobs. I’ve tried losing weight several times over the last 10 years. In my most recent attempt I managed to lose 20 lbs. After gaining most it back I considered having the lap band surgery. After having a conversation with my partner and hearing his concerns. I decided to try losing weight on my own…again.

This time I’m going to use the KIS method (Keep It Simple). I set goals and I wrote them down. I’m keeping a journal so I can record my feelings and my progress on the regular basis. I think this method will provide me with the desired results.

I know from past experiences that motivation and consistency have been my downfall. I’ve been a member of Spark since last spring. However, this time I have decided to utilize more of the available tools.
