WTG switching to olive oil! Soon you will be experimenting with all the different types of oil! Walnut, avocado, flax seed, coconut! I have fun trying to see the best oils for different recipes!

I am so proud that you took my advice! Keep working. Try to get in a little more protein this week....it helps when eating less carbs b/c it makes you feel full and gives you energy! emoticon
