Getting There for Life
I know from experience that the SparkPeople program works. I set a goal. I followed the program. I formed new healthy habits. And I reached the goal. But that is only half of the program. Weight maintenance took me for a loop, and I eventually fell back on old habits, losing some of the progress I made earlier this year. I'm back, recommitting to the plan not just for the short term but for the long haul. And it feels great! I've got some new goals in ...
