UGH! So DONE with being out of shape. So DONE eating the wrong stuff. So DONE feeling like the fat kid. It ends now!!!! I am DONE with it!!!!! I have ridden the weight roller coaster since I was 13. I have been up and down this ride so many times, I am ready to get off and get on with my life. So how am I going to that? This is my strategy: - DONE with the "I will start exercising and eating right ____." (I have learned that today is the perfect day to change and to get things done!) - DONE with the "I can do this by myself attitude." (I can't do this by myself. I need my family, friends and my Spark Buddies to help see me through this.) - DONE with the "I don't like people watching me exercise." (The only person that cares what I look like is me! No one else.....) - DONE with the "I'm too fat to do that mentality." (I can do anything I set my mind to, it just might take a little longer to get it done.) Getting our minds over these mind games we have put there is the biggest part of being successful. I can do this, I am working on having a clear, positive mind to get to where I want to be and DONE with the weight!

My Goals:

1. Do my breathing technique EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!

2. Walk 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

3. Check in at least 3 times a week.

4. Keep up with my Food Journal.

5. Pack a lunch 4 days a week.

My Program:
1. Try to do Body Flex or Oxycise with some walking daily

2. Have a positive outlook

3. Have confidence that I am a great person no matter what I look like and if I am happy, who cares what anyone else thinks

Personal Information:
I am from Virginia. I have two great girls and a loving husband. I work for one of the many SWCD's in the nation and love it! I am a Girl Scout Volunteer and love getting outdoors with the girls!!!!!!!!

    The Knots Prayer
    Dear God:
    Please untie the knots
    that are in my mind,
    my heart and my life.
    Remove the have nots,
    the can nots and the do nots
    that I have in my mind.
    Erase the will nots,
    may nots,
    might nots that may find
    a home in my heart.

    Release me from the could nots,
    would nots and
    should nots that obstruct my life.
