Getting over the weight........

Welcome to my Spark Page!

I have ridden the weight roller coaster since I was 13. I have been up and down this ride so many times, I am ready to get off and get on with my life.

So how am I going to that? This is my strategy:

- Get over the "I will start exercising and eating right ____." (I have learned that today is the perfect day to change and to get things done!)

- Get over the "I can do this by myself attitude." (I can't do this by ...

So how am I going to that? This is my strategy:

- Get over the "I will start exercising and eating right ____." (I have learned that today is the perfect day to change and to get things done!)

- Get over the "I can do this by myself attitude." (I can't do this by myself. I need my family, friends and my Spark Buddies to help see me through this.)

-Get over the "I don't like people watching me exercise." (The only person that cares what I look like is me! No one else.....)

-Get over the "I'm too fat to do that mentality." (I can do anything I set my mind to, it just might take a little longer to get it done.)

Getting our minds over these mind games we have put there is the biggest part of being successful. I can do this, I am working on having a clear, positive mind to get to where I want to be and OVER the WEIGHT!

SEPTEMBER GOALS:

1. Check in with my Spark Buddies 5 days a week this month

2. Pack my lunch 4 days a week

3. Get in 1600 minutes of exercise this month

4. Lose 10 pounds




My Program:
1. Try to do Body Flex or Oxycise with some walking daily

2. Have a positive outlook

3. Have confidence that I am a great person no matter what I look like and if I am happy, who cares what anyone else thinks


Personal Information:
I am from Virginia. I have two great little girls and a loving husband. I work for one of the many SWCD's in the nation and love it!

Being outside

I especially like going to the BEACH!!!!!!!

In the meantime, we are just doing our best to forget about what he was told. But I do notice that I keep hugging him a lot out of the blue. He is pretty much everything to me. I had never took the time to read your introduction text. Those mind games... you're right, they're strong little things. We let it get in our ways and they're excuses too.

Please let us know how things are going for your friends. Sharing personal things can be tough for some of us (I know it is for me). But I think that it can really help to ease things up.
