I would like to lose about 22 pounds.

Learn to cook healthier meals for my family.

Jog on the treadmill at 4.5 for 10 minutes. SUCCESS 5/24/09

My Program:
Exercise, mostly cardio, 60 min. 6 times a week.

Using the Wii Fit, Wii EA Active, treadmill and SP videos.

Eat at least one fruit or veggie one time per day.

Personal Information:
I'm a Christian mother of 4 & 2 step-children.

I work full-time.

I'm working on my obtaining a paralegal certificate.
