Goal: live to be 100 and climb a mountain or two while at it

I'd like to lose the thirty pounds I gained in grad school. Then - or during - I'd like to add some fitness goals to my journey: such as hiking 20 miles in a day or kayaking (on flat water!) to an isolated island in the bay or swimming 10 laps in a row or starting and keeping a regular yoga practice... Perhaps I should add a few smaller goals in there too. More to come...
