Please don't be discouraged. As long as you are moving towards your goal, you will eventually reach it. The most important thing is to keep moving. It is normal to be concerned about what the winter will bring, but remember even if you can't get to the gym you can still do some at home. My family is making the same squeeks about missing me, but remember being here longer for your family is one of our motivations. I always weigh with as little on as possible. Thanks for the friend add--I've done the same. We short people need all the help we can get, right? ;-) And yeah, I think your dr's crazy if he thinks we should weigh 110 pounds!! I know I can maintain a life that hovers in the 130s.
