Time For A Change!

I am doing it! I am losing the weight! I am getting fit and learning how to become tone and fit! Thanks to SP and all the wonderful people here, I have lost nearly 10 pounds and several inches in a month.

I would love to learn how to run properly and eventually run a 5K. I have printed out the article "Couch to 5K" and have maintained the walking (atleast 10,000 steps) nearly everyday for 1 month.

Some of the changes I've made in the last month are as ...

* Drink 8 glasses of water
* 10,000 steps everyday (Atleast)
* Multi-Vitamin everyday
* Cardio (Variety of DDR, Walking hills, jogging)
* Walking everyday
* Journal every bite
* Stay within calorie, fat, carbo, protein range

I have been walking everyday since I have become a SP member. I have logged nearly 10,000 everyday. I am journaling what I eat, drinking 8 glasses of water, staying within my ranges with SP. I have also cut out soda and most sugars.

Thanks for stopping by and for the nice comment about my family. My summer has been busy!!! I think after this week, though, things may actually slow down a little!! I'm glad you were able to pick up the book. It really opened my eyes as to how and what to eat!

Congrats on your successes to date - looks like you're doing great!! MTC is a fabulous program...it will definitely help with your goal of running a 5k!
