Aiming for renewed confidence

I am a divorced mother of 4 and I am looking to renew the confidence I lost a long time ago. I have been overweight for quite some time now and I am tired of making excuses for it.

Goals for November:

To stay consistent with my exercise program no matter what.
Not let outside obstacles get in the way.

Thanks so much for your comment & encouragement via BBQ & welcome.
I am seeing my doc tomorrow for by BP. I have high dosages of at least 3 meds ... hopefully we can find a better combination to get mine more consistent. With exercising, I'm looking for the right type to do w/my arthritis & other issues. So far just walking & counting steps.

BUT... emoticon on the exercise streak. emoticon

Thanks for adding me to your group of friends. I hope we can both motivate one another. Your goal to stay consistent for November is a goal I'm working on now. To get my booty out of bed M-F at 5:30 am and walk on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes. We can do this!!!
