I would like to get down to and maintain a healthy weight, as well as establish healthy eating habits. I also had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with my son, which increases my chances of getting Type 2 diabetes when Im older. Just another reason for me to want to get healthy!
I do cardio 3-4 times a week, as well as strength training. I got off track and just recently started back up.
Im a sugar junkie. Its hard to talk myself out of eating something I know I probably shouldnt. But I have been handling it pretty well so far!
What a nice surprise to see you back on SP again. I'm sure 2 little ones keep you very busy. If you ever run into an emergency need for a day, let me know. I'd be more then happy to play Auntie. So glad you're back.
