My name is tiffany Iam 30 as of January 2014, I have been married almost 9yrs and have 3 kids. My daughter is 6 and my boys are 3 and 4. I am a stay at mom and have become over weight and unhealthy. My goal is to get to a place where I have developed better healthier habits and am happy with my weight and body. My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and to be healthy and happy with myself. To cut WAY back on my sugar consumption and eat more fruits and vegetables. To be as healthy as I want my children to be.

My Program:
Well I started out in the beginning with tons of cardio and have since started doing hiit videos 4x a week with straight cardio on my off days from the hiit. I found fitnessbender.com on youtube and love them. Tons of cideos so I can work different areas of my body each workout and my body never gets used to the same routine. I have also recently started to jog outside since the weather is warming up. This is where my fitbit I bought really comes in handy, it tells me how many steps I have taken, how many miles it equals, what time it is and calories burned based on my height and weight. I love it and it really keeps me motivated to reach my steps goal in a day.

Personal Information:
Iam from michigan and have lived here my whole life. I have 3 kids and iam a stay at home mom,My husband is a nurse in the ccu department at a hospital. We both love our jobs very much.

I love to read and romance is my favorite. Janet evonovich, nicholas sparks and many more.

Thanks its been tough i love food but feeling better about myself is way better than any food i could eat. Consistency is what i found to be most important, thanks again and good luck in your weightloss journey:)

Thank you for reading my blog post. Motivation is key and is not always easy to come by. I struggle with it from time to time as I am sure everyone does. The things that help me is reminding myself of my goals and I use little signs around the house as well.As for the kids being out of school you should try and incorporate walks with them, go to the park play with them run jump kick a ball, every little thing counts just remember that and never give up! Remember you can do this! emoticon
