Hi, thanks for the encouragement. It looks like we are in the same weight range with similar goals. I'm not sure I want to get back down to 125 again. I was there a couple of years ago, but I've got more muscle tone now (plus a little more age!) and feel like 132 is a better target for me. With my height and frame, I'm just 1lb. outside of my ideal weight (according to some websites that list 134-139), but for me, feel like I'd like to be a bit lower than that. Mostly want to get rid of this stupid perimenopausal belly!
Just checking to see if my hunch was right...I saw your post this morning on the double dog thread, and said to myself, "she's GOT to be from the midwest!" I'm originally from SD, and when I moved to the east coast and asked for "pop" I was astounded that no one knew what I was talking about!
