I checked out your wordpress blog. I'm going to try the lemon chicken in the crockpot. Was hoping to hear more about whole wheats, whole grains, etc. (you were talking about it on a post here and i'm trying to learn as much as possible).

I see you've already joined a couple of Sparkteams, which is a great step in the right direction. I'd also suggest heading over to the message boards and getting involved there. Maybe joining a challenge or finding a buddy.
