I was trying to compare the calories burned as reported by different methods. The fitbit gave me lots more steps & calorie burn then my SPAT, both of which were higher than my own estimation. I once had a pedometer that gave me miles of steps when driving to work - lots of stop and go traffic and foot movement I suppose. My best measure of how I'm doing is still the trend of my daily weight over time and the best method is to stay right here and keep at it.
