I am below 70k and have stayed there for over 24 months now

Healthy food and exercise programme

Walk 30+ miles a week and do 3000+ minutes a mouth exercise

I live the UK in what is called the Medway Towns, North Kent.

I retired in 2009 and took up this journey in July 2012. I have not looked back since I started but kept looking forward.

I don't want to eat liver, because I am a vegetarian. But I do have to admit to thinking about it, everyone writes about the iron in liver and it has come to mind. I think I'll be okay if I just keep taking my iron supplement, though. But thank you!

If I join the gym, they let you visit a personal trainer or nutritionist. I am going to see the nutritionist to help build a better diet for me, with a lot of iron and protein included. I think that will help too. With a little planning, I could get all the iron I need from my food. And still be a vegetarian!

I have seen that team before, and thought it looked good. I will join!
I hear you about staying away from sodas. Once in a blue moon I have 1/2 can, and it effects me big time. Sticking to water or tea lol. Hope you seep better tonight.

Actually we have 3 other dogs. Munchie doesn't stay still long enough for pictures, so I don't have as many of him. Plus we rarely walked him with Sarge and Alice. Now we are walking all 3 dogs together, so you will see more of him in my blogs. He has been following me around like crazy. He is laying by me now.
