Hi, I'm Toni in Warr Acres, OK. My goals are to lose the last few stubborn pounds, increase muscle and improve my overall health. I'm hoping SparkPeople can help me do that, especially the SparkTeam Oklahoma City! I'm looking forward to meeting some of the OKC Team members, both online and in person. I'm also a member of the 50+ group, and my health issues are blood pressure and GERD. More than anything, I'd like to help others lose weight & exercise to improve their health!

I totally relate to the "surrounded by half finished everything..." Life. I can be like that too and I still don't have it down pat either. There are times I look at what I'm doing and just shake my head. It's part of the human condition I guess so you are not alone. The main thing is to roll with the punches and try to organize as best we can because life comes at us hard and fast with no let up to allow us to reorganize. It's all done on the fly and it's tough.

Just finding my way around this site and saw your message. I am wanting to find the 50+ group. However, I don't care to get in a group that puts the stress on exercise. I want to focus on calories and health.
