I am back!!!! Thanks to a wonderful group of gals that have become very important to me.
A little about myself:
I am mother of 3 children, 2 girls, Leann & Megan and a boy, Kyle. My son Kyle was born severe-profound hearing impaired and has a cochlear implant. Kyle was implanted at 18 months. He went to an auditory-oral school from 18 months to he was 7 years old. Kyle also has Sensory Integration Disorder, an Autism spectrum diagnosis and a learning ...

I am back!!!! Thanks to a wonderful group of gals that have become very important to me.
A little about myself:
I am mother of 3 children, 2 girls, Leann & Megan and a boy, Kyle. My son Kyle was born severe-profound hearing impaired and has a cochlear implant. Kyle was implanted at 18 months. He went to an auditory-oral school from 18 months to he was 7 years old. Kyle also has Sensory Integration Disorder, an Autism spectrum diagnosis and a learning disability. Please don't judge us, we have made choices for our family that we feel are appropriate, but I know parents of children with special needs know exactly what I am talking about. Leann, I am so proud of as she has begun to be a responsible adult and has learned that being an adult isn't always a party, LOL. Megan is my little red-haired girl who has alot of talent in volleyball. Thanksfully she got her height from her father, LOL! I spend a great deal of my time driving to something related to volleyball, camps, club practice or games or just the regular season. She has played club volleyball for Primetime Volleyball Club in Champaign, Illini Elite Volleyball club in Bloomington and Peak Performance Volleyball Club in Champaign.
I am a RABID NASCAR fan of Tony Stewart. I am also looking forward to a girls racing weekend with several of my Spark Friends!!!
I have been a RN for 15 years, I am the RN Coordinator at an Occupational Medicine clinic. I received my ADN in 1997 from Parkland College, my BSN in 2005 from Olivet Nazarene University, and am currently working on my MSN in Nursing Education from Indiana Wesleyan University.
I live in a quaint east central Illinois town, named Mahomet.

I want to lose weight and become healthier
My Program:
I am going to do Cardio a minimum of 5 times a week with Strength training 3 times a week. We finished our basement and bought a treadmill and have a total gym, so I will work out with these.
I will also use the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred and Leslie Sansone walk fit.
