A new day and a new view!

Hi I'm Tina! I'm working at this one day at a time! I have tried and stumbled and tried and stumbled but I keep getting back up and that's what matters! I am sooo determined to get this right!

I have a wonderful hubby of 7 years that has been by my side through a lot and we're working on this weight loss together! It makes is worth while to have a partner to help get you through the tough days when all you want to do is binge!

First goal is to get out of the 400's

My over all goal is to lose 300 pounds.

My Program:
Eat 1200-1500 calories. Exercise at least .25 of a mile daily. No dairy and lessen amount of meat consumed

Hey TBear! Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I hope you're still keeping active. Something I'd like to share. I'm finally off my plateau of the past few months. Turns out I've been under-eating. I pumped up my intake from 1200-1400 to 2000-2500 while staying active and lost 2 lbs after 3 months of no weight loss. It's just a thought and might work for you as well. Hope to see you around.
