My Goals:
My short term goal is to get under the 450 mark...I've been up and down about 10 lbs for a couple of weeks but haven't been able to drop below it.

Long term is I'd like to lose another 100-150 by my sons wedding next August.

My Program:
i'm pushing myself to move more...to be more active

I'm trying to walk 1000 ft per day.

I go to physical therapy every day and do my work out there as well as my arm weights in the room also.
