On the Road Again...
My title explains how I feel..I am trying AGAIN to lose weight and get fit. I will be 6 decades in October and I want to do SOMETHING about my weight. I have fought cancer and beat it twice (with no chemo/radiation...I've been SO fortunate). I have changed my eating CHOICES...now I need to hone in on my HABITS.
