It's about my health now, not just weight

I recently found out that I have high cholesterol and triglycerides. This was very difficult news to get because I eat pretty well. I got the kick in the butt I needed to do this for a totally different reason. I want to live! I want to feel good and be healthy!

Two years ago I moved from the Chicagoland area to South Boston, VA to work with troubled adolescents. I love my job but need to make my health more of a priority.

I love to dance but don't currently have a place to do so like I did back home. My newest discovery is FitTV. It's awesome!

Hi - Just dropping in to see what's up.

Did you buy an elliptical machine? That's my favorite thing at the
gym - I've often thought it would be great to stick one in the basement
in front of a big tv. How is it?
