Hi!

1/11 Time to get back on the wagon! It's time to take control of my diet, my health, my weight. What kind of example am I for my kids if I don't eat a healthy and balanced diet, every day? How can I tell them to drink water while I'm having a diet soda? Time for me to get real, and keep it that way!

I noticed your post on teh message board and wanted to share some informaiton with you. I used to be hypoglycemic too, but have no issues now. I eat grain free, so I understand about not having gluten, but that really shouldn't be an issue. Read this: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/diabetes/ It really explains blood sugar and how to fix it in a way that is easy to understand. If you want support from people that eat a blood sugar controlling diet, in a gluten free manner, join us at the Paleo Diet board :)

Good to see you back. I hope that you are well. I had my second last November 1st and am slowly trying to get back into it. It is much harder the second time around :)
Looking forward to following your progress and your always helpful words of wisdom!

Wait a sec! You were able to take off about a year and stil be in the AF? What? In the Army we get 6 weeks! Also, how did you end up writing for baby center? That is totally awesome. I want to eventually write health and fitness articles, but first I figure I should finish my degree in that area, it would be more respected than just a certification, I think.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my page. I'm glad to see you're getting back with it since having the baby. It's hard to settle into a routine and find time for yourself when those little buggers come along! LOL! Anyway, you can do it. Congrats on the 15 pounds lost!
