I AM DONE BEING THE FAT GIRL!!!
I am a 33 year old divorced mother, sister, and friend. I have so many things going on in my life that I have allowed my weight to get out of control. I want to be healthy and be around to see my kids grow up. I am starting a new beginning and I am going to lose the weight forever. I have been gone for awhile but I did lose 23 pounds while I was away.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 120 pounds by 12/31/11. That is a huge goal I know so I am going to break it up into chunks.

My Program:
I am going to do cardio for 1 hr a day every other day.
On the alternate days I am going to do 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight training.
Personal Information:
I am 33 years old from Newport News, VA. I have 4 children. I love going to church and I love serving Jesus.
