Start doing the right things
I'm a food addict and I don't crave good stuff. I want to change my choices and not feel like I want to eat 24/7. I want to take a breath and settle down. I travel and find myself eating out - lots of meetings/brunches, dinners, it's hard to maintain a plan. I"m usually all or nothing. If I can't stay perfect on a program, I fall off the wagon. Balance - - that's what I want, balance.

My Goals:
My goals are to slow down. I'm not 20 anymore and can't lose 50 lbs in 8 weeks. I am 47 and want to be healthy, make good food choices, exercise to maintain good health and in time lose 20 lbs. No more - not right now.
My Program:
For me, tracking is very important for success. Another thing for me is not to get on the scale. If I eat what I am supposed to and exercise, drink water the weight will come off. If I weigh - I either get excited - so I eat or I get bummed - so I eat. The scales mess with my mind.
Personal Information:
I live in Georgia right now. My name is Lisa, I sing and play the guitar (a Taylor Guitar) write songs, working doing numerous things therefore - no title. Very happy - I love love to eat all the time.
