So glad you stopped by my page! My exercise on the elliptical is at level 1 and low rpm's which is how I can keep pushing longer. I actually did 55 minutes today. I wish I could do the fat burn workouts, but my back can't handle it and neither can my artificial hip joint! the few days I pushed into level 2 for about 5 minutes, really affected my back and hip. It's so boring going so slow though but at least I am moving. Glad I am inspiring you!

Was really hoping to get that workout in, but I have so many medical problems, got carried away and overdid it. I am going tomorrow, even if I have to drop back and do it very slowly.
