I lost 20 pounds last year. I now want to get down to my ideal weight, which is another 16 pounds from now. I am a proud mother of two boys; ages 7 and 2. Baseball season is about to start up again so my schedule will get busier. However, chasing kids around in the sunshine can be fun exercise too.

Cardio for one hour most days of the week. Weight training is on hold due to injuries.

I have trouble keeping track of what I eat and limiting what I eat. My husband has dedicated his time to supporting me by buying and preparing healthy food for me to eat.

It's a "12 week transformation" program. Jamie Eason is a fitness model and she put together a meal plan and workout regimine and it's all available online free of charge. Check out the sparkteam on my page for details. I've been doing my own thing too,but have hit a lull, so I thought I would give something a little more structured a try. :)
