My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy. I want to lose enough weight to wear normal cloths. Right now, I wear 22s in pants, I'd like to get to a 15 or smaller. I don't really care if my pounds drop, as long as I am healthy.

My Program:
Right now, I am trying to get used to eating right. Its harder to do than I thought. And I am trying to make exercise a habit, even if I can only do 10 minutes a day.

Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Indiana. I am 32 years old, mother to a rambunctious 2 year old. I am trying to be a good mom, as well as trying to become a published author.

Other Information:
I like to read. I love reading fantasy, horror, mystery and even some drama. Pretty much anything but romance.
