Losing after Baby #3!

I am 27 and have 3 daughters - ages 7, 2, and 3 weeks. Before my first born, I weighed 110 lbs. I'm 5'4"...so i was a good weight...i was happy.

Currently, 6 months after giving birth to my 3rd daughter, I weigh 201.2 lbs. I weighed 210 when I went to the hospital for induction.

My ultimate goal is to weigh 120 lbs by May 2013, which is when my 10 year high school reunion is planned. That gives me 6 months to get my butt in gear and accomplish my goals, and would ...

~Turbo Jam
~Cardio 3-5 times per week
~Strength training 2-3 times per week
~No late night snacking


My biggest weakness is constant snacking and late night eating, so Im working on controlling that more.


I'm including more protein and fiber in my daily eating as well as more water and less fat.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in South Georgia.
Engaged to a wonderful man (for 9 years now..lol). We have 3 beautiful daughters - ages 8 yrs, 2 yrs, and 7 months.

Personal Goals:

~No longer obese BMI
~No longer Overweight BMI
~Weigh 120 pounds
~Size 11 Jeans (initially, but would love to be in a size 4 again)
~Wear a bikini comfortably (have never done this in my life)

You might have a long way to go BUT what you have the most is time to accomplish it.
Make sure to be patient with yourself and take pictures every month that way you can see the real changes The scale never tells the entire story.
