HI! and thanks for visiting my Page!!!
You asked about my routines... well, currently it is VERY DIFFERENT to what it once was when I started here on Spark!

When I started my weight loss, I actually hired a nutritionist to help me build a proper diet/nutrition plan (because I had NO CLUE what worked for weight loss... I had never really lost weight before!) I eat 6 meals a day now. The main component is protein, then I add carbs and a healthy fat. (I eat ~250-300 calories each meal. 1600-1800 cals per day)
And I exercise daily. When I started I only did ONE workout per day/5 days a week. It would either be cardio for 50 minutes or weights for the same duration. I am a fitness instructor, so the exercise part is easy for me to stick to!
Now, I am inclined to do more exercise, ~1.5 hours daily is usually my norm. I try to do BOTH cardio AND weights everyday! It may sound like a lot, but fitness and exercise has been my passion for years now! And I have always said that "While I can do, I WILL!" and since I'm still so able to get out and move, I can't help myself!

Ok, so if you have read my spark page you know where I have come from. I am here to tell you that....YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
Just make a decision to do WHATEVER it takes to get it done. One day...one prayer, one workout, one GREAT food choice at a time.
And by the way...you are a beautiful mamma and the apple of your heavenly fathers eye and don't you forget it girl! :0)
