Making Changes, to get Changes!!!

Okay Sparkers.....I've lost 52lbs (became too comfortable) new plan. Currently I would like to lose a total 150lbs, but it's such a big order and I think that it'll be easier to focus on 10% of my body weight at a time. So here are my new goals:

Okay Sparkers.....I've lost 52lbs (became too comfortable) new plan. Currently I would like to lose a total 150lbs, but it's such a big order and I think that it'll be easier to focus on 10% of my body weight at a time. So here are my new goals:

June 1, 2011-Decided to post my progress each week because it's been really helpful for me, as a read others updates. I got married 05/15/11 & gained a lot of weight in the process, but now I have more time to focus on me and I'm back to sparking.

June 13, 2011- I've lost -7.5 lbs since I've came back. My biggest help this week was tracking my food!

June 20,2011- I lost -1 lb and any other time I would have been not so happy, but I'm totally okay with it...one more pound I don't have to carry around anymore. My goal for this week is to exercise & move more!

June 27,2011- Down -1 lb & I'm not happy at all. I blew my fitness mintues out the of the water this week, meeting my weekly goal by Wed. I did go over my calories this week, but thought that I would still lose 3 to 4 lbs.

July 5th- down 2.3 lbs very excited I was able to stick to my goals during the holiday! I've been tracking & eating within my numbers. I've also been working out 3x for 30 minutes.

July 11th- Down -2 lbs after vacation!!! Think I'm going to blog today, because my calorie intake keeps changing and I need a little advise. Last week I attend Zumba for 1 hour & H20 aerobics for a total of 135 minutes. I was hoping for for a bigger number on the scale, but there's always next week :)

July 18th- Down -1.8 lbs trying my best not to be discouraged, I never worked so hard & yet with only a few lbs lost every week. I know that my diet could improve more (H20 & veggies) and that's what I'll be working on this week. I also eat too many empty calories & sweets during the weekend. I have to come to terms that all calories are not created equal!

July 25th +2 lbs....ok, so I'm not one of those people that can have "cheat days"! Me & the hubby went to a new Mexican place saturday and my week went down hill from there. I think I needed this set back, because I haven't been too excited about losing my 2 lbs each week and now I wish & pray that I would have lost 2 lbs & not gained 2 lbs. This week I will not have an fast foods & will track on the weekends too!

Aug. 1st- -3.4 lbs!!!! I'm very happy with my weight lost because my coworkers & I went out for drinks, chips & salad and then I had a late dinner with my BFF. Proud of the fact I didn't "quit" because of 1 not so perfect day! At dinner I ordered healthy & asked that half be placed in a to go box for dinner the next day. VERY PROUD of ME!!!!

Aug. 8th- (-1.2) lb. I haven't been packing my lunch for my part time job & I've been rewarding my self with ETOH & food. This week I will pack my lunch for the PT job & good to the movies as my weekly reward.

Aug. 15th- (-2.4) I was able to reach my goal of planning & being more mindful of my eating over the weekend and it paid off!!! I'm down 20.6 lbs since 6/1/2011 it may not be the fastest but I'm happy with it and I feel better & stronger.

Aug. 22nd- +.4 lb I okay with this weight gain because while I did reach my calorie burn for the week, I also went over on my calorie intake on more then one day. I stress have to learn how to manage my stress better!

Aug. 29th= -2.4 lbs

Sep. 13th= I'm up 4.6 lbs :( I have been reaching my fitness goals due to our zumba leader being on vacation & our pool close for remodeling. I haven't been tracking as well as I need to & I've been eating less fruits & veggies & more sweets. My goal for this week is to reach my fitness goals & track!

Sep. 26nd- I'm down 3.2 lbs!!! I've started a new part time job which has been cutting into my exercise plan, but it's also been cutting into my snacking!
