My Goals:
I really want to get back down to a size 6 from my current size 12. I am wanting to look much more toned and fit for my healthy boyfriend!!
My Program:
I am trying to eat healthy and work on portion size! I have a goal to hit the gym at least 3 days a week and do cardio for at least 40 minutes each time I'm there.
