Here`s to a new gorgeous, healthy life!

I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life.
I go up and down weightwise and healthwise and would really like to be consistent and work with my body rather than against it so much.
I has provided me with so much through the years and I have not been that good to it. I want to change that. I want to be living the life that I have dreamt about my whole life. One where I am slim and active and healthy. NO more sitting back and hoping it will happen SOME day. I need it NOW.

My Goals:
My primary goal is to be healthy and not to be so chained to overeating.
Losing 125 lbs would be so fabulous!

My Program:
I am tracking my food and becoming aware of my emotions.
It is so ingrained that not only knowing that I am emotion based eating isn't enough. I am seeing how eating really does soothe so many anxious moments. Trying to fill the empty anxious moments with healthy alternatives for life!

Personal Information:
I live in Ontario, Canada,with my two sons, a friend, 2 dogs, and presently 1 cat!!
Busy household!
I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation a few years back and it affects my daily life. I feel dizzy a lot and don't have a lot of energy. I hope losing weight will help.

Hi Justyna,
I am not very comfortable with my prowess at communicating this way.
I haven't been doing anything around the book at all unfortunately. I have written you a sparkmail thingy.
My diabetes has been out of control and therefore my attention has been on getting things on track in that way.
Hope we can all reconnect.

How is it going? Seawave, Just_Brenda and I have been commenting on each other's blogs since the meet up and I came hoping to see I had missed a message from you. I can't believe it's already March 23! A few more people interested in meeting up so can I ask you to go to the Ottawa team page and pop into the thread about the spring meet up? Then you will "be there" if people need to contact you for your address... which I guess I need too! I am really looking forward to it. Kind of like a fresh start on many levels. We all start from where we are at!

Hey you! Thanks for stopping by my blog! Yes, it would be nice if you could come. We will see if anyone arrives at 7:00. I don't mind either way as I'm heading into the pool and it is heavenly right now. I am so looking forward to a Friday night without guests. My current streak is to try and not eat at night. 2 nights so far. I need to change my night routines to help with this goal. Plus I will need to look at my blood sugars in the mornings and see how it affects me. It is not just eating at night but my choices that matter. If I really need something I need to make a good choice. Habits are hard to break so this one thing I need help with. I found a team. Woo hoo!
