I'm a Registered Dietitian, and my favorite food is potatoes. I love talking about food and nutrition. And I'm not good at being physically active. Tried Wii Active, loved DDR for a while, but can't stand running or the gym--it's so boring. Don't want to "exercise" because it's just not fun. I get my activity from cleaning the house and walking around shopping venues. I don't need to lose weight. But I'm concerned about the future of my bones, heart and overall health, so I know I need ...

Tried Wii Active, loved DDR for a while, but can't stand running or the gym--it's so boring. Don't want to "exercise" because it's just not fun. I get my activity from cleaning the house and walking around shopping venues. I don't need to lose weight. But I'm concerned about the future of my bones, heart and overall health, so I know I need to start a program that works for me...but what is it? I'm in the "contemplation" stage.

Planning meals and grocery lists. Still in the planning stage of everything else at the moment.
