emoticon sipping water & thumbing through blogs. Hey you are in the game to play this life style change, some days it's as easy as ..... other times the hours just take a toll and everything is edible! don't I know it!!! of course I do.... the percentages favor spark people because we are going at it in a healthy manner as often & as much as we can on any given calendar date. emoticon you can make one meal reliable in both size & content. The meal holds you to the next, you can make it on a tight budget (for when money is tight) you can get it ready any season of any year. One meal I can get right any day any season any year. Pick one and make it happen.... maybe you guessed I figured out breakfast is cheap easy fast and lasts plus there is a first meal every day anyway- that is my secret.

Soooo happy today. Weighed myself for the first time since my first "back to reality" day...3/9/13...when I weighed 200 lbs., and almost could not believe the number I was looking at. Today, 4/6/13, I weigh 185 lbs. I have cut out all salts, eating only fresh or frozen veggies, chicken, salmon, brown rice, lots of good veggies in that selection.....limiting myself to 3 tbsp. light margarine per day....drinking at least 8 glasses of water, and, most importantly, up to 51 minutes of walking on my treadmill at a 9.5 incline and 4.0 mph.....I am sweating a LOT by the end of that workout. I do this workout 6 days out of 7, so tomorrow (Sunday) is my day of rest......but I will NOT stop monitoring my caloric intake, all my nutritional info. every day on my Nutrition Page. It has been the change I needed!!! Love Sparkpeople!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon
