and i haven't met my goal..BUT I am still sparking and slow and sure wins the race.

This is a journey and a lifestyle..not a race or a short jaunt.

I have wonderful support in my family and I want to be healthy for them as much as for myself. My husband tells me I am beautiful but I don't believe it and on this journey I want to learn to love me.

~I am learning to love myself and accept me for all that I am and all that I can be ....

~I am learning that there is no food whose taste is worth not living life as healthy as it can be….

~I am learning to honor myself by choosing to be lean, strong and healthy….

~I am learning that there are no magic pills to losing weight….

~I am learning that diets don't work – but a plan, commitment and exercise will…

~I am learning that I have value and worth-- regardless of what I weigh...

~I am learning that I no longer need to hide away and isolate myself from the world ...

~I am learning that this prison of shame and guilt that I have built is my own creation and only I have the power to tear it down….

~I am learning to take personal responsibility for every bite of food that I put into my mouth….

~I am learning that I can acknowledge myself in ways other than eating…

~I am learning to admit that I am fat and unhealthy because I chose to overeat and I chose foods that were unhealthy and fattening…

~I am learning to enjoy exercise and looking forward to it each morning…

~I am learning that I am not a failure even though I have “failed” in the past….

~I am learning that I am never, ever alone ...

~I am learning to love and accept myself…

~I am learning that it in loving and accepting me, I can love and accept others…

~I am learning that I am truly worth it….

This road will be hard at times but I know I can do it. This time it will be different!

My Goals:
Lose the 20 pounds that I regained.
Get below 200#s


My Program:
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day at least 4 times a week. Making sure I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and a mother. I love Jesus, Bon Jovi and tattoos! In my spare time I drive taxi to ice hockey games and swim meets

Other Information:
I listen to anything 80's and all things Bon Jovi. I like to do sudoko puzzles and read murder mystery novels by James Patterson, Randy Wayne White and Patricia Cornwell. I also love the Stephanie Plum Bounty Hunter series by Janet Evanovich!

I haven't been of FB much this week. Between working, going to the gym and SP it doesn't leave me much time to FB. Which I guess is a good thing. I do love me some FB though emoticon
