He is my hero! My husband Joe :) He is always supportive of me no matter what. <3

These are my precious little dudes. Trey is 6 and Jax is 2. These boys keep me on my toes, but they always make me laugh. My life is a million times better with them in it. I love them so much!

A life worth living...

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. Almost 3 years ago I hit my heaviest of 230 pounds and I didn't even know how I had gotten there. My husband was leaving for basic training for the Army and I knew that it was time to work on myself. I was always taking care of everyone else, my husband and my 3 year old, but never took care of myself. I went to the gym 5 days a week and ate as well as I knew how to and lost 55 pounds in 6 months.

My husband and I were re-united ...

My husband and I were re-united after 6 long months of him being in basic training and AIT, and he was blown away by my weight loss. I couldn't be happier. I think we were both really happy because a few weeks later I found out I was expecting! My second son was born in June of 2009 and while I didn't gain that much weight during my pregnancy, I didn't lose any of it either.

My husband was deployed during the first year of my son Jax's life and being the sole caretaker of a 5 year old and a newborn, I once again fell into the habit of not taking care of myself. I have since put on a few more pounds and am stuck back at 210 pounds. This depresses me a little, but instead of crying about it I am going to start doing something about it. My youngest son just turned two, so no more using the baby weight excuse! I did it once before and I know I can do it again and I can do it better!!!

Hey girl! Just wanted to say that you can do this! Don't give up! Army life sucks sometimes, which can lead to stressful eating for me. I'm about to go through our first deployment and my goal is to loose more weight while he gone. I've recently lost 22lbs and want to loose 28 more before he comes back. Take care!
